“The most important thing is the right bra and
underwear, or in some cases the right body shaper
with extra bust and butt support. It doesn’t matter how
much you spend on a sweater or what fabulous fabric
it’s made of, if you’re not wearing the proper bra in the
proper size, your boobs can sag and make your upper
body look boxy and shapeless. A good, supportive bra lifts the bust,
allows the waistline to show and creates curves.”

“Always wear clothes that show off your shape—
regardless of your size. Wearing an outfit that is even
slightly oversized will make you look like you've gained
five pounds and then some. Fabric choice is also important. Avoid
those that cling and stretch into your curves (or rolls). Remember that
shiny fabrics reflect light and make objects appear larger. Look for
lightweight wools and denims, and keep the silhouette simple.”
