and Stephanie meet twice a week for
workouts. “Stephanie has tapped into
my psychology—I’m competitive. She’ll
make it a challenge,” Tracy says. “I set
goals,” Stephanie adds. “We always have
something we’re working toward. Next,
we’re getting her abs ready so she can
feel comfortable baring them.”

When it comes to workout motivation, being on TV every day is hard to top. Tracy Moore, host of CityLine, remembers what it was like going back to work when baby number two was just six weeks old. “I was motivated by that wide angle lens!”
she laughs. But Moore is someone who clearly embraces the
challenge: she works out six days a week. “It helps to have
a trainer like Stephanie Joanne, who pushes you out of your
comfort zone and cracks you up while she’s at it,” Moore adds.
We tagged along on one of their training sessions and
found out how Tracy gets those amazing bi’s and tri’s.
