Start with a daily walk, take the stairs, park your car away from the
elevators so that you have to walk the extra distance. Small dietary
changes can be surprisingly effective. Five meals a day made up of
lean protein, a good carb, fibre, a healthy fat and a sugar-free beverage
is filling, satisfying and easy to prepare.”
