“Create dimension with just one eyeshadow colour
by using a fluffy brush to layer it over a sheer,
shimmery cream base,” says Otis. “With a small,
stiff brush, use the same shadow to create the
eyeliner by blending it into the lashline. Dampen
the brush for a bit more impact.”
