RIGHT LOOK
DO IT YOURSELF:
Harry Josh, haircare expert
at John Frieda, delivers
this easy how-to.
STEP 1: Towel-dry and spray with
a heat-activated spray. Hair is
protected and sleek without being
weighted down.
STEP 2: Create a centre part with a
fine-tooth comb and blow-dry. “The
key is to reduce volume at the roots.”
STEP 3: “Use a flat iron to smooth
hair, then flick the end outward/
inward to create movement.”
STEP 4: Rub finishing cream
between palms and pull through the
under layers of the hair concentrating
on the ends. Smooth hands lightly
over the surface from root to ends.

DO IT YOURSELF:
Eric Del Monaco, official hair stylist
and colourist for L’Oréal Paris, tells us
how to make the wet
look wearable.
STEP 1:
Wash hair with EverCrème Cleansing
Conditioner, towel dry and comb
back with fingers.
STEP 2:
Apply the size of a toonie of cream
styling paste in the palm of your
hand and brush all hair back with
your fingers again.
STEP 3:
Take about five or six different
sections of hair (of different widths)
and apply a little more cream paste
between your fingers, twisting each
section toward the back.
STEP 4:
Make it last with extra-hold hairspray.
